The Family Care Network, Inc. is a not-for-profit Community-Based Organization serving children, youth and families impacted by trauma in San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara counties. The FCN project consists of an approximately 26,500 square foot commercial office building with associated parking, landscaping and storm water facilities in two phases: Phase 1 consists of a 26,500 square foot building, 80 parking spaces, landscaping and drainage infrastructure. Phase 2 consists of interior improvements to the second floor of the building (4,545 square feet), and 58 additional parking spaces.
