Situated near old-town Orcutt, Rice Ranch is a 350-acre residential and recreational development. More than half of the entire ranch is dedicated open space. Our design includes individual residential front yards, common area landscaping, and a new neighborhood park. Site amenities include two age-specific play equipment areas, a curved trellis-covered group seating area, several independent seating areas, drinking fountains, passive turf areas and associated planting and irrigation. Long-term maintenance and water considerations were key factors in the design of this park.
