Highlights:
Beginning in 2017, OAI was retained to facilitate the project through the land use entitlement and building permit process. Avila Ranch represents one of a handful of recent specific plans and annexations in the City of San Luis Obispo. The six-phased project consists of 720 residential units – a mix of single- and multi- family market rate and affordable homes. Ample open space, seven parks, and trails provide abundant recreational opportunities. Oasis Associates, Inc. is also proud to be the Landscape Architects for all of the Avila Ranch project.
Circumstances Unique to the Project:
- In addition to the home development component and site amenities, tens of millions of dollars have been spent on off-site transportation improvements.
