Highlights:
Under new ownership, Coast BMW retained Oasis Associates, Inc. to manage the demolition of the existing facility and replacement of a new BMW facility, while introducing a second dealership on recently acquired and adjacent property. Oasis compiled a team of design professionals to design and entitle the new 14,300 square BMW facility and a 20,890 square foot sales and service facility for Nissan. Although automobile dealership’s sales taxes are an important component of a City’s revenue stream, we were able to overcome the bureaucratic challenges of the entitlement process and produce a successful project for our clients and the community.
