A new residential community is being built on the southern edge of San Luis Obispo, which will bring 720 new homes, mixed with commercial space, several parks, multi-use trail systems, and ample open space. The developer, Wathen Castanos Homes (http://www.wchomes.com ) has a rich tradition of building quality homes and communities, and will continue that here in SLO.

Oasis Associates is providing both Planning and Landscape Architectural services for all increments of the phased project, from planning’s permitting and approvals to landscape design for model and production homes, streetscapes, open space and parks.
