There is a new church in town! Grace Central Coast held a ground-breaking ceremony on June 7th at their first permanent location in Arroyo Grande. About three years ago, Five Cities residents and members of the orginal campus in San Luis Obispo decided that they wanted to attend a church that was closer to home and their community. Grace 5Cities was ultimately born and has since held services at various temporary locations in the area.

At Oasis Associates, we have been working closely with the 5Cities Campus Pastors Ben Collins and Tim Theule to secure the location at 995 East Grande Avenue. The former furniture store will transform into a 5,000-square-foot worship center and event venue. There will be spaces for kid’s classrooms and meeting rooms for adult and youth classes. Currently under the construction, the campus is projected to be open by this fall.
