Just outside the quaint Village of Arroyo Grande, on the other side of the creek, is the beautiful enclave of Creekstone at the Village, a unique collection of homes inspired by the areas rich and diverse agricultural history. Here you’ll find tastefully detailed family retreats featuring architectural styles that pay homage to the regions farming heritage and Spanish beginnings.
Site amenities include a neighborhood park with passive turf area, landscaped mounds, colored concrete paving, raised planters and seat walls, a play equipment area with age-appropriate structures, and tables and benches. Mailbox overhead structures were part of the installation (2 locations), as well as decomposed granite paths along the street parking for access. Street improvements also included frontage landscaping along East Cherry Ave.
