Plans call for a mix of one- and two-bedroom dwellings, with an amenity package that includes a swimming pool area with glass walls, spa, and outdoor shower, a gym, miniature golf area with synthetic lawn and rubberized surfacing, barbecue and lounge area with fireplace, and multiple courtyards.
Additional site amenities include outdoor exercise stations, decorative metal fencing and gates, tile paving, and site furniture and bicycle racks. All irrigated areas are subsurface drip using recycled water from an on-site rain and stormwater harvesting system.
