Highlights:
The ongoing campus expansion at Coastal Christian School has required modifications to the original conditional use permit to allow for a new multi-purpose building that will include classrooms, a gymnasium, administrative offices, a professional kitchen, and other amenities. Modifications to the campus master plan includes the development of accessible circulation and parking, as well as grading, drainage and utilities to accommodate development of the new amenities. Construction for this project is expected to be initiated in completed in 2022.
Circumstances Unique to the Project:
- Complete redesign of the original masterplan, as approved by the County, to bring the project environmentally and educationally into the 21st
- Amended Outside User’s Agreement with the City of Pismo Beach for the provision of fire suppression water.
- All donor funded development.
