Highlights:
Central Coast Mini Storage, LLC retained Oasis Associates, Inc. to manage the project through the entitlement, demolition and building permit processes and coordinate the consultant team. The redevelopment and adaptive reuse of the vacant “84 Lumber” Lumber building culminated in the new Meathead Movers headquarters. In addition, a mini storage facility enhanced the owners existing moving company operations.
