Highlights:

Depot Square, LP retained Oasis Associates, Inc. to manage the project through the entitlement process and coordinate the consultant team. The original Railroad square building known as the Channel Building was badly damaged in a fire in 2002.  Depot Square, LP was able to salvage the original structure and has enhanced the building with two new modern additions on either end.  The Railroad Square building is expected to be the centerpiece of the San Luis Obispo Historic Railroad District, and will bring entertainment, restaurants and high-end boutiques, as well as offices, to the city.
